Best thing we ever got has it on every nap and every night I’m due another baby any day and it will be so helpful covering her cries at night
Hi @Rebecca yes we use something that has a deep lower base sound as well. I think I’m clutching to it as it’s another “baby thing” I don’t want to get rid of. I’m so used to plugging it in, remembering to pack it, turning it on as a sign it’s bed time- what do I do without it 😅
Since moving rooms at nursery and her having to sleep on a mat and not in a cot, my lo has to have hers on at nursery otherwise she sleeps really poorly. She also has it on at night.
We use pink noise on our white noise phone app
Changed to a tonie box on her first birthday & this helps massively. She falls asleep in her bed with it on as long as I’m laid next to her. She’s always had to have some description of noise & their sleep range works really well for us also she enjoys using it during the day over the tv so it’s really beneficial.
We still use a white noise machine. No idea when we’re going to stop using it but for now, it works so we’ll probably stop once she’s able to let us know she no longer needs/wants it I guess 🤷🏻♀️
My husband still listens to white noise to relax or sleep so it's not going anywhere in our house 😂 also pregnant and hoping his machine will stop the new baby from waking him 🤞
We use a hairdryer noise 🤣 little one has been in her own room for a few months now and I’ve become so used to it I can’t sleep without it either! God help us if we ever have a break in
We still use ours, pretty loud as well. She’s quite easily disturbed and the sound carries really badly in our house
We still use the tommee tippee machine, my son loves it 😂 like above says baby 2 arriving this year as well so will help with the cries xx
I put lullabies on.
We're still using one. I don't know if it actually helps LO but it's not bothering him so we continue. We switched to alpha music over white noise though as apparently that's better (from 6 months I think) but can't say it made any difference for us. But I like the alpha music and actually struggling to fall asleep without it now 😂
