14 months at the end of the week…

Anyone’s little not walking?? I feel like we are falling behind. My little dude can crawl at mock speeds, climb the furniture, bear crawling is his new favorite method of transportation, stand on his own without pulling up and holding anything, and usually stay there for upwards of a minute. Constantly cruising furniture. He has taken 2-5 steps but then he just sits down. Has no interest in walking.

Mines the same! Little over 14 months and still not walking lol close but only a couple steps so far! I just keep telling myself that he’ll do it when he’s ready and trying not to rush him. I think I’ll get concerned in a couple months but letting him do his thing for now! I am getting antsy tho lol excited to see him walk!

I nanny two kids age 4.5 and 2.5 the oldest walked at 16m and youngest at 18m. My girl 14m does all that your little is doing and takes couple steps then sits down to crawl. Definitely not falling behind mama. Try not to worry

My little one was the same way, right before you know they are about to sit, give them a toy or favorite snack at eye level so they will not think about sitting down. Also helps to put a thing in each hand (ball) so they can think about what’s in their hand vs trying to let their balance

My baby did all this right before he let go to fully walk! It’ll happen any day now. But as someone said above put one toy in each hand and you’ll see he will let take more steps . Also you’re not behind! I know many babies that didn’t walk until after 15 months .
