The gym keeps my sanity intact!!

I wouldn’t say I’m athletic. No. But I sure can lift a lot of weight 😂

I'd love to go to the gym, but I have no free time to do such things. When i go back to work in April I plan on running during my lunch break and just eat my lunch while working

I lift weights 5x a week and I'm a full time dairy farmer. I may not be athletic but I can work most men under the table and hold my own against a 2000 pound animal

@Helen i remember when I was working, I would go for a run during my lunch break , then eat while working. The struggle is real.i had to start waking up an hour early and sleep an hour early

I’ve never been to the gym in my life so I don’t ’work out’ but I’m very active.

I workout at home, consistently.

I love to Workout at home, even if it is only 30min with my baby jumping on me and bothering all the way, helps me to keep my mental heath ! I always feel much better after ! And during the weekend I go to the reformer class, which is my almost only « time for myself » and it helps as well my mental and physical health !

Yes, I play softball and volleyball.

athletic no 😂 but i do like moving my body in some way every day. just recently i started going to regular yoga classes again and it feels great

I could walk forever and im very active due to work but I wouldn't say I'm athletic

My husband and I are both retired athletes and consistently use it before we lose it. It's also for our mental health.

No gym but I don't have a car and my kids don't like staying home. I'm almost always walking.
