Is anyone else struggling with back pain, especially upper back and back of shoulders? I had a c section just over 4 weeks ago and just this week my back has been in absolute bits, I’m struggling to do anything

100% and when I exhaust myself or just do a lot my back after kills . Never suffered with back pain before 😭
Yesss it’s so painful I feel like I’m popping pain killers like they’re skittles 😭
