Pain in stomach

I’m currently 32+4 weeks pregnant and suffering with I think trapped wind. It’s agonising pain that gets worse with movement and touching my stomach, mainly at the top of my stomach. Has anyone experienced this and has any advice please?

Mint tea! It really helped me a lot. Can also try doing some light yoga stretches to stretch your back and stomach. Hope you feel better soon!

Like Kim said peppermint tea or if you have a exercise ball some light movement or hip circles may help x

I suffer from this and did pre pregnancy and I know how painful this can be. You can take WindSetlers or Windeze. They are safe to take during pregnancy and really help. It basically breaks down the bubbles into smaller ones so they are easier to pass.

I had this last night I'm 33+5. It lasted all day getting worse in the evening. Yoga, omeprazole, rennies (yellow type with simeticone for wind) seemed to sort it out over night. It's horrible 😞

Omeprazole and gaviscon have become my best friends, nor had the trapped wind yet but the heartburn is REAL and although my pregnancy sickness has just ended I’m still sick from heartburn. These little blessings really take it out of us huh?
