Suspicious profile? Portland area

Was scrolling through peanut and noticed a new face in my feed for the Portland area of someone named “Part” and it’s a man’s profile. Has anyone gotten messages from this person? I reported his account. He’s on the wrong app and it’s super creepy. No where on his profile does it talk about looking for parent friends etc or him having kids so I know he’s not on here for the reasons that all of us moms are- to look for mom friendships.
