VBAC

I am thinking about having a natural birth for my second pregnancy instead of a planned c-section ( i was given the ok for whichever i choose) . It will be a new experience and i have an unreasonable fear of the unknown, i like to know every single detail about what will happen, one of the things i worry about is getting a tear and how to deal with it? What kind of painkillers do they prescribe you? How long it takes for it to heal? How to keep there clean without opening the stitches? Any other informations about a natural birth would be great! Thank you 🙏🏻💖

Listen to the VBAC link podcast or find them on IG, FB, or their blog. So much helpful information!!

My epesiotomy stitches were fairly sore for 2 weeks.

I had a VBAC is was amazing the pain from the tear is uncomfortable(get some ice packs) but not as painful as the postpartum poo it was like giving birth again I was sweating so much I had to shower also take the gas and air is really good stuff
