Do you have health insurance?

If so your insurance can help out for the time being

@Sierra (Ciecie) I don’t have health insurance I’m in the uk

Awe man i tried to help😢

I’m not sure where you are, but if In America, even better Florida , I all tell people let it go to collections. And either have them validate the debt to you personally orrrrrr Find someone the cleans credit reports and pay a one time fee to have them get rid of all your debt collections

Have you tried the citizens advice bureau? I think they can talk to the people who you owe money to and arrange manageable repayment plans and even get some of it written off if it's obvious that you were lent money you were unlikely to be able to repay

You need to try to get some control over your finances as this will help with the depression. There are several groups that can help you with this in the UK but citizens advice to discuss debt consolidation ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If based in the UK you could speak to a Financial Advisor free of charge who may be able to offer you a debt plan. Things like Trust Deeds etc. Though they do impact your credit rating, so does debt. And they reduce your outgoing payments into manageable affordable amounts. It’s definitely worth looking into - and the debt advisor will be able to assess what the best course of action is for you.

You should be able to get a debt relief order, local charities can sometimes help you apply. Or have a look see if this organisation do any work near you... https://capuk.org/get-help

Call Step Change, they can facilitate debt consolidation so would liase with your creditors and agree on one monthly sum with you rather than being harassed for payment by multiple different companies

There are a few things you can try... Call your loan/ credit card companies and ask for breathing space. Fill out the details on step change and see what their recomendations are. Make an appt to speak to somebody at your local Citizens Advice Bureau Check on the entitledto website to check if there are any benefits you could get that you aren't claiming. If you work, ask for a payrise or look for something that has higher pay. Is there anything you can cut back on? If you rent, could you find somewhere cheaper to move to? Have you told your family and could they help?
