I never sterilise mine either. It’s not getting wet or anything it’s just used to put in the water.
No because the milk isn’t sterile. That’s why it needs to be made with boiling water

I don’t, I put mine through the dishwasher with her bottles and then air dry…I figure the milk is only the same as coming out of the container 🤷♀️
