Trauma 😭.

Hey, I don’t know how to say this, but I lost my 10-month-old baby recently, and it's been absolutely heartbreaking. Every time I see my baby's things, it just drives me crazy. I feel like I need to let them go, and honestly, I don't mind the distance. If you want them, I can ship them to you. I just need to rest, and I feel like getting rid of them might help me heal. I know you’re a mother, so you can understand how painful this loss is. Please pray for me. 😭

I can't even imagine what you are going through. Grief isn't an easy process and there is no timeline. You do not have to stop grieving at a certain time. You are human and you felt love. I wish I could give you a big hug.

I cannot begin to imagine what you’re going through and send you the biggest hugs. I understand you wanting to do that but it’s still raw, don’t rush and get rid of anything you might regret later on. It will be a hard reminder right now but years on, it might be that little thing that warms your heart that you kept it. Maybe put everything in a box and out of sight and when you feel ready go through it then. Thoughts with you and your angel baby xx

I am so, so sorry you have this heartbreak! Before you give everything away, maybe consider holding onto a few special things? I know sometimes people just want to get rid of it but then regret not having anything left. So maybe save a special outfit and stuffed animal or blanket? Prayers for you! I'm so sorry

So so sorry for your loss! Absolutely terrible and heartbreaking… have you come across Zoe Clark-Coates book ‘the baby loss guide’? It’s got daily grief processing activities. I found it very helpful after our miscarriage. It covers all sorts of baby loss. Sending strength and healing 🤗
