Feeling isolated

I’m 32 weeks and feeling so isolated. I’m worried my feelings of isolation are a pre-cursor to PPD/PPA. Anyone else feeling isolated in their pregnancy or experiencing perinatal mood disorder symptoms?

What’s that hun? Never heard of it. 25 weeks pregnant with my second hun and I feel isolated some days and overwhelmed. Always best to talk about it with your trusting people and partner so they’re aware of how you are feeling and help you navigate those feelings you’re having.

A good hug always helps me

Not particularly, but I just got started back up with therapy so I already have it in place since I've experienced PPA in the past.

@Audrey I’ve done the exact same and have been under my therapist this entire pregnancy to just get on top of feelings etc and it’s helping sooo much

You’re not alone. I am 33 weeks and have found it hard to commit to plans lately and only wanna be home alone or with my partner. I’m anxious about WHEN this baby is coming and have started isolating hard. Remeber to speak to your partner when you need affection and affirmations to help boost your mood, also try to take walks or do some stretches/breathing/hug the baby exercises… it helps me when I’m not feeling very grounded. 🫶🏻🥹

Totally me. I’m also 32 weeks. Hopefully it’s just our pregnancies getting to us and we’ll feel better after birth. I can’t wait until it’s over
