As for your husband, what are his problems with you? Sit down with him and ask him what’s going on (if you don’t know) and see if yall can come to a compromise w/o therapy because I’m sure yall probably can’t afford it. If yall can’t come to a solution together then part ways. Trust me that will be a boulder lifted fr. Everyday do something small and nice for yourself, make yourself a nice latte at home instead of a regular coffee, make a nice little meal for yourself, take a bath every week or just leave an hour to yourself during the day to write down your thoughts and the things you want to do and how to get there or you can use that time to just relax and then you can do that at night.
You have to find ways to relieve the stress because if your stress continues to build up you can have far more worse symptoms than an knots in your stomach and body aches. Stress does kill love, you can ask your doctor about it or read up on it on your countries or any countries official medical website for doctors and medical professionals. Every country has one, well should anyway lol.

Hey love, first I want to say it’s okay to feel this way. It’s a pretty normal human reaction to difficulties. I too have felt this way once upon a time. You have to take it day by day and make the changes you want done to make life as smooth as possible for you and I say smooth because life will never be easy. You have to work for everything, you want a better paying job you gotta work towards that: apply to better places, take a course or courses to something you’ll need for a certain job you have your eye on, fix up your resume, search and get hired by another company before quitting the job you hate. If you were able to find a better job awesome if not it’ll come don’t stress about things you can’t control. Do you have a hobby or something else you would like to do with your life? Then venture towards that, start off with research and writing down the steps you’ll need to take, what you’ll have to do to get there.
