Help!!!

My son is almost 10 months and I exclusively breastfed for 2 months and pumped up until now! My milk supply has dropped, and I can’t pump enough for him anymore! We have had to give him formula and any milk I can make, he won’t drink the formula on it’s own so have had to mix with BM(3oz of each)but my supply is dropping more and more and I’m not making enough to even do that. We’re using cow and gate follow on, is there another formula we could try that he might take to that’s similar to BM from anyone’s experience? I’m getting desperate and it’s stressing me out!

We started my LG on kendamil whilst breastfeed, it was a tad too rich for her though. Maybe try their goats one? We ended up moving onto cow & gate after kendamil, but we didn't try the goats milk tbf. Also, idk if it'll help, but you don't need to use follow on milk, it's exactly the same as "from birth" health benefits wise. I think one just costs more sometimes/some places. In regards to your supply. Increase your water intake, pump every hour for a minimum of 20 minutes and it should start to build it back up. Also, see if bubba will latch, the saliva can kick start your supply too

We’ve managed to get him down to 2oz BM and 4oz formula🤞🏻🤞🏻 so hoping after a few days he will take full formula. I never knew that, thanks 🙂 I’m drinking as much as I can and pumping every 2 hours, I have tried and sometimes he will latch and sometimes he won’t so just gunna keep offering it to him

My little girl was the same although she’s on prescription formula for CMPA but I breastfed up until 9 months, I also couldn’t produce enough to pump and I was worried I wouldnt be able to pump enough for her to have when she starts nursery. But I did the same as you, mixed breastmilk and formula and each day added more formula to breastmilk and she did eventually take it so I’m sure your little boy will eventually take to just drinking formula.
