Have you tried feeling their gums? Thought my daughter was teething a few weeks ago so felt her gums and they were still kind of soft. Last few days though, she has been the same as what you have described above, and her gums are a lot harder now
@Steffi Yeah, they do feel hard to me! I'm 90% sure she's teething, she was such a happy baby and she's just so irritable at the moment, showing all the signs but it also just feels too early if that makes sense?🥺

We're 18 weeks and the second tooth us coming through. It's early but normal. Run your little finger across her bottom gum

My little one got his first tooth at 3 1/2 month was the same and then one morning woke up and could see it he is now 5 months with almost 3 teeth every baby is different

He was very fussy constantly trying to chew everything very dribbely couldn’t see a tooth or anything but then one morning woke up and it was there
My son has been the same as you described and his first tooth popped through a couple of days ago. You can see it now. He is almost 5 months, my daughter also got her first tooth around the same time x
My son has been the same from 3 months old, definitely teething, some are just really sensitive and feel every bit from the start, some feel ot just before they cut. My youngest is definitely the first 🙈🙉
My daughter is exactly the same! Can’t see anything in her mouth but she has all the other signs. I’ve got her a matchstick monkey and it seems to calm her down
