I sleep with cushions either side of me. I use bedside drawers or crib to pull myself up, tho lately I've been finding it easier to get up and down
I used my pregnancy pillow and slept upright on my back. I’m 4 weeks pp on Friday and I sleep completely normally now xx
I use a v shaped pillow to prop me up and support round the sides and in the last few days been using my pregnancy pillow to side sleep. I’m 20 days PP and it’s been a process of feeling comfortable to sleep.

I sat propped up for a few nights on 4 pillows as I would get stuck laying flat as it was so painful to sit upright. We have the next 2 me attached to my side of the bed which was making it more difficult so we moved it until I could get out of bed
I have my pregnancy pillow stacked with 2 other pillows which helped me get up. I’m 1 week PP and find holding on to baby crib when getting out of bed to be a lot easier.
Pregnancy pillow behind my back and tucked between my legs really helps!
I tied a dressing gown strap to the end of the bed so when I was getting up I pulled on it to help , honestly it helped so much
