hey, congrats on the pregnancy! tbh, some back pain can be pretty normal in early pregnancy, but since you have a history of MCs, it might be worth checking in with your doc just to be safe. I actually checked the 'Heal Baby Care App' for this and here's what it says: "Congratulations on your pregnancy! It's common to experience some back pain in early pregnancy, which can be due to hormonal changes, including progesterone. However, since you have a history of miscarriages and are experiencing localized pain, it’s important to monitor your symptoms closely. If the pain worsens, is accompanied by severe cramping, or if you notice any unusual bleeding, it would be wise to seek medical attention. In the meantime, gentle stretching and maintaining good posture may help alleviate some discomfort.
Monitor the pain on the left side it could be ectopic. If it gets worse contact your healthcare provider they can scan you early to check x
