SAHM So my husband is mentally abusive

Whenever we have a disagreement or I try and tell him something he will start yelling at me and talking to me down and he’s told me all I do is eat his food , for the past 3 months I’ve practically starved my self and only eat once a day . Lost 15 lbs . I take care of our child . I’m not able to work because I have heart problems, my body don’t feel good most days . Im feeling very weak and shaken . He’s also an alcoholic but blames me for everything and I’m the reason he’s like this . I’m posting here because I don’t have anyone to talk to . No place to go .
