Homerton Hospital, London
Does anyone know if you have IVF at the Homerton, is all your treatment (bloods, scans, egg collection & transfer) done on site? Or are they affiliated with another fertility clinic who does the egg collection/transfer side of things?

I had my rainbow baby through IVF based at Homerton in 2022-23. The staff were lovely and helpful, all scans and treatments were done onsite. Unfortunately, their license was revoked (not sure if it’s been reinstated) so we were advised to transfer our remaining embryos to another clinic to continue our journey. We chose a private clinic near us. It’s a shame, but all of my experience at Homerton fertility was positive.

Hi there, I had a referral from my GP for Homerton Hospital as the closest hospital to me, but then last year they closed the fertility department because they didn’t have a licence for something , waited for months and then( I don’t know if it’s open now) I have choose ACU in guy’s hospital instead and they are amazing ! All the nurses and doctor are amazing. Don’t have experience with Homerton but the other close hospital is Guy’s and I really recommend it x
