Low cost prenatal pilates or yoga?

Would love to know if there are any low cost prenatal pilates or yoga you're aware of or anything that helped you with mind and body before baby was born? Thank you!

I used Sarah Beth and yoga with adrienne on YouTube both good 👍 highly recommend and pregnancy friendly

I went to my local east ham leisure centre yoga classes just tell them you're pregnant beforehand and they tailor it to suit you. X

I recently saw a ladies only Pilates with a baby room try searching it on TikTok looks lovely for now and after baby is here
