Postpartum for me too. It can take 2 years for our hormones and brain changes to return to pre-pregnancy levels. It’s why vitamins and supplements are so important.

All over the place-no? Did they have their moments? Yes. Mostly during pregnancy for me. My 2 biggest moments-- When I was pregnant with my first I had a full on meltdown cry fit because I finished my McDonald's fries and I wanted more. We were fully capable of getting more but I didn't want that either because I wanted more of MY fries, not new fries. For my second, I was at a fossils/geology class and we were finding some on the beach and showing them to classmates. Someone asked me if they could see what I found and I told them "no, these are my rocks and you can't see" I really channeled toddlers at times when pregnant 😆

For my first I had practically no symptoms during pregnancy including mood swings. Postpartum was a roller coaster. This time in wayyy more emotionally unstable in pregnancy lol

Both were all over the place, in my first pregnancy I was really anxious and depressed then had PND, this time I get really bad anger outbursts every now and then

Pregnancy has always been worst than post partum. Always.

Both were horrible for me. I think postpartum was worse. After the high went away I had ppd.
