Belly sleepers

When you were pregnant at what point did you stop sleeping on your stomach? It’s literally the most comfortable position and it’s hard to stop😭

It’s usually okay first few weeks until u start showing a bump. U definitely can’t sleep on ur stomach in the last trimester tho! I’m in the last trimester and I have always slept on my back but u have to sleep on ur side. But every so often I will wake up and be on my back but I just move back to my side which is starting to be more comfy anyways because u don’t want your bump writhing u down as can effect u an the baby. Xx

I stopped when I first knew 5 weeks in plus my partner constantly reminding me to sleep on my side

I’m 32 weeks and still slightly on my stomach sleeping: I’m more of a ballerina pose, and have my pregnancy pillow stopping me from fully rolling over. This is my third and I’ve always been told as long as you’re comfortable it’s fine. I couldn’t sleep flat on my stomach if I tried but I’m always part on it

Once it becomes uncomfortable/once bump is well established

U can still sleep on ur side im also a belly sleeper and stomach down with a pillow on side worked perfectly

My drs always said if it doesn't hurt you can continue toi

I stopped when I physically couldn't lay on my front anymore 🤣 I still sleep sort of on my side/front but I'm 37 weeks now and it's a struggle x

I stopped pretty early and kind of regretted it, I think it’s ok to keep doing it until it starts to feel a bit weird

My baby was so small that i was able to comfortably sleep on my stomach until the last two weeks

I slept on stomach all the way through with both pregnancy. I had a pretty small bump so it never really got uncomfortable.

I believe around the time i started showing it became too uncomfotable

I think I was in my 3rd trimester or close to before I stopped that's when it became too uncomfortable

I did my whole pregnancy it depends on if it's still comfortable for you. I would turn slightly sideways so I wasn't right on my bump. Now my 4 month old is a belly sleeper

I stopped once it became uncomfortable x

Prob from the time you could start seeing a bump. I've got a big pillow shaped like an S. It's so helpful. Before I got that I was so uncomfortable on my side but the pillow definitely helps keep me in position, I recommend 😊
