It depends on how you had it advertised on the description? I think very good means no snags but I could be wrong. Just check what each description means before getting back to her. If it was down as very good i would just refund her as it’s only £1.50 - she is likely changing it and it’s probably more to do with the total cost after postage especially if it was down as very good. If you had it as good then I would tell her if she’s not happy with it then to return. Just watch though as she might leave you a bad review and that’s not worth it for a £1.50 jumper.
This is probably one of the most common issues with vinted, when there's an issue with a 'cheap' item, there is no point returning it because you end up paying more for postage than what you paid for the item anyway. If the snag wasn't in the description, unfortunately you are at fault and realistically they should be refunded as they would've paid closer to £3-5 with postage already. Or you don't refund, probably get a bad review which depending on how often you use vinted, I guess will depend if you care about that or not 🤷🏻♀️😅
People buy second hand to save money, but it’s still upsetting to receive items not as described/expected and anything for baby triggers an emotional response. If someone is upset enough to tell you about it, refund them for the item because you missed a fault, be nice about it and try to be more accurate in future listings. No one is trying to scam you for £1.5

I believe you would pay for the postage to be returned so it’s not going to cost the buyer anything. I personally would request it back. They get their money back, you can check it and relist with the defect.
I think you're being unreasonable. They've found a defect that wasn't advertised so they're entitled to their money back and I agree that they shouldn't have to take the time to return it for an item of that low value as it's not their fault you didn't spot the defect. I'd give the refund, chalk it up to experience, and check items super carefully before listing in future!
