Basildon hospital

Is it just me or is Basildon hospital just all over the place? I get sent from one person to another, all telling me different stuff…. It’s actually causing a lot of stress! Was wondering if it’s just me with this experience or if this is a known thing as I am new to the area? Thanks all x
