Only has 1 in the mouth none of the body so I don't think it's that
Sometimes as an adult if I’m run down I get ulcers when feeling poorly could just be that your little one is run down but also could be hand foot and mouth. You can only get a few spots from that or you can get loads

My little girl had a mouth full of ulcers and fevers last summer. It wasn’t hand foot and mouth. They couldn’t say it what it was but just an awful virus. We ended up being admitted to the children’s ward as she wasn’t drinking and was severely dehydrated. I gave calpol, nurofen and got a throat/mouth numbing spray.
