Mama and Dada
My baby will be 9 months in a week and still isn’t saying mama or dada. Is anyone else the same ? Should I be worried ?

A baby saying their first word is a 10-14 month milestone, with most babies doing it at the 12+ month mark.
I think it’s normally closer to a year. Definitely not got it from our almost 9mo and not worried at all
My LG is babbling the mamamama and dadada and nananana and has once said mama but she isnt saying is consistently
Anyone saying their baby has said their first words at this stage is likely confusing babbling with actual semantics. It usually happens much closer to a year old or even after x
