I feel if I don't wake her for her last feed she will wake up early for it, she usually dream feeds the last bottle, but can become awake for an hour instead of an hour 20 with the last one.
My 4 month old is on 8oz every 4-6 hours
My baby has 6 bottles between 8am and 9:30pm (roughly). We offer 6oz each time and she sometimes finishes it and other times has nearer 5oz so I would say she’s having around 32oz in 24 hours. She’s 3.5 months for reference :) Has your baby’s intake decreased suddenly? If you’re worried, take her to a health visitor drop in clinic to have her weighed x
Guidance says 150-200ml per kg of body weight so we try to stick to this, 6oz bottles 5-6 a day. Now he is going longer stretches of sleep I’m sometimes struggling to get the full amount in during the day though!
3.5m and he does 6 bottles between 8am-9/10pm. Sometimes 5 if he’s having a particularly sleepy day. We make all bottles to be 6oz, he hadn’t always been finishing that amount but lately has been drinking the full bottle. He sleeps about 10 hours at night without waking for a feed so he seems to full up during the day!
My 3 nearly 4 month old is on 5oz every 3 hours over a 12 hour window, so 5 feeds per day. She sleeps close to 12 hours through the night. The routine looks like this 9.30am 5oz, nap an hour and 20 mins from point of waking up for 45mins. 12.30 5oz, same nap routine. 3.30-4.00 5oz, same nap routine 7.00 5oz same nap routine, but I have to wake her for her last feed, which can be between 9-10pm. An hour later, she goes down for the night until we start again in the morning. Hope this helps.
