What exercises are you girly’s doing while pregnant?

Hi everyone so I want to start exercising but I’m stuck on what workouts are safe during pregnancy

Walking

I do lots of walking 10k a day, light 3kg dumbbells, squats, and balancing sitting on the gym ball with my legs cross legged, that helps w core and keeps our core muscles strong and helps keep a strong pelvic floor. Just continue what you’re doing but at a level that’s comfortable and won’t tire you out so much, listen to your body.
