Birthing/yoga ball

37+5 and wondering if anybody else feels like they have a “heavy” vagina after using their yoga ball? Everything down there feels pretty achey afterwards. Also wondering how active everyone else is in these last few weeks? I went on maternity leave last week and I’ve felt so tired that I’ve not been able to do any significant exercise; just light housework and short 10 min walks with my dog.

I’m the same. Suffer with PGP and sciatica. Everytime I sit on my birthing ball it really hurts my pelvic area. I just use it for 5 minutes so it doesn’t affect me afterwards☺️x

Seeing this reminded me that I need to get my yoga ball out haha thank you ☺️ but just exercising as a whole has me feeling so drained afterward plus having sciatica doesn’t help either

I done one small yoga workout for pregnancy this whole pregnancy. After that I couldn't walk for two days from the pain in my thighs so won't be doing that again lol. I jus drop and pick up kids from school which is enough for me lol
