Pregnancy loss

We recently lost our baby pretty late in my pregnancy. My milk came in and my boobs are so hard. Does anyone know how I can make it go away without pumping? Should I call my doctor/can they prescribe something? I’m having a hard time doing this because I don’t want to have to go to the doctors … I just want it to go away.

Mama I’m so sorry 😭 if you’re able to get Sudafed from your local pharmacy, it’s a nasal decongestant. Doctors have told me that’ll dry your milk up almost instantly

I’m so sorry momma ❤️

Sending you soooo much love and light! 💖✨ From a Mama who knows and cares! If you are not already and open, please invest in your wellness during this difficult time by connecting with a therapist who specializes in maternal/perinatal wellness. Whether you realize it or not, it’s life enhancing.

I’m so sorry 💔 But please pump a little off, just until it’s more comfortable. You will end up with mastitis if not and it is not something you want to go through especially in an already incredibly difficult time.

Thank you everyone! I took some Sudafed which is helping tremendously!
