Miscarriage bleeding

I was spotting for 3 weeks before the big bleed started

I was spotting 6 days before the big bleed started

I was about 3/4 weeks before x

I was spotting 2days before heavy bleeding started

I had spotting for 3 weeks & in the end chose to go down the medical management route as I couldn’t wait any longer

@Jess how did you find medical management? I’ve been spotting for about a week and a half and I just want it all over with now!

I spotted for 3.5 weeks then did med management then 4 weeks later had surgery

Hey! I had medical management in August & found the pain started within 15 mins, managed with codeine & after about 3 hours the worst was over & I just spent 24 hours or so doing very little but would’ve been ok the following day to resume normal activities if I wanted. I did end up with an infection & bleeding continued for 2 more weeks until I passed another clot and then it totally stopped. Medical management this time around (2 weeks ago) didn’t quite go to plan, the pain was a lot easier to handle for some reason, but ended up bleeding too heavily (changing sanitary towels every 8 mins 3 hours in!) but wasn’t totally aware of how much was too much until it was a bit too late.. ended up in A&E & swiftly had an MVA.. I was able to go home the following night & just had very light spotting ever since. I guess it’s safe to say I’ve had 2 very different experiences!
