Feeding

I think you should try offering him a bottle every 3 hours even if he’s not asking for it .. as that’s a long time to go without calories .. I don’t demand feed xx

Does he feed a lot during the night? I've heard of reverse cycling where they feed more at night and then not as much during the day.

I offer him during the day but he takes 1/2 oz here and there. He goes to bed at 6 had a full 6oz. Then he will have another 6oz around 1am and then goes until about 6/7am then will have 6oz. So I don’t think he’s eating a lot at night x

Mine doesn’t root or cry for food anymore in the day so I just feed him every 3 hours regardless to make sure he’s had his recommended amount through the day 😊

My little boy is the same, he doesn’t really cry for it but I feed him usually every 3.5 hours, sometimes he will take 3oz or he will drink the whole thing at 6oz. He has a 7oz before bed and when he wakes up in the night like now & has another 7oz and basically just feel like I’m topping him up in the day.

He just doesn’t seem interested. He doesn’t even drink a full bottle before bed at the minute lol
