@Kiran I try to eat hydrating fruits, drink water and have a meal prior to suhoor, I am currently looking for a hydrating drink and have found a few recipes but haven’t tried them yet
Ramadan Mubarak ☪️ one thing that helps people is lots of fruit, and also have protein heavy suhoor. Oats are also great in o have as they sustain energy and fullness longer. Adding peanut butter and perhaps flax or chia seeds is also good.
Coconut water is great for hydration, or squeeze some lemon and a pinch of salt in water and it’s a natural electrolyte drink ☀️
