Best multivitamin ( organic clean ones UK)

What’s the best multivitamin out there? One that covers a lot of the important ones out autistic children need! Has to be one that I can add to milk ( daughter hasn’t eaten food in 1 year and only has milk) or I could try just syringe it to her. Also I’ve seen a lot of things about folinic acid is this important to give? I’m trying to learn as much but so overwhelming different advice What about this one? Thank you x
