I use to at times. Now I co sleep with my 2 year old. It is better to let it breath and air out.

I wear bodycon dresses during the day w no undies. So I sleep w undies off. Having said that I haven’t had any vag problems in about 15yrs. No thrush/BV/uti nothing. The last time I had a UTI I was about 20-25 and that was over a decade ago

Well technically I sleep with my underwear off I suppose hit I do wear pj shorts or pj pants. Does that count? Or do you mean you sleep completely naked on the bottom half? I voted yes but I should have said voted “no”
