And two syringes of infacol before every single feed during peak- it just seemed to all help but I had to give the larger doses nothing else would work x
My little boy was the same on cow and gate which I think is almost the same as aptamil. We swapped to hipp organic and he loves it. If he’s constipated give him the ready made bottle and these contain a bit of laxative and works a treat with constipation. Constipation is common with gaviscon but the gaviscon is great for my little boy, so the ready made formula balances it out. He will usually have powder for most day time feeds now. It’s a bit more expensive with the ready mades but so worth it sometimes. Also look up the colic hold. Have immediate relief to our little one. Also look at belly massages where you apply repeated downward belly rubs then clockwise circles and then put their legs up - made a difference. Hope it all works out soon 🙏🏼also the HV was reluctant for us to change formula too but did it anyway and he was really happy. I was recommended hipp for this reason too x
Also around this time a lot of babies grow out of needing to be burped and I’ve noticed it get more difficult to burp him now but I would recommend pace feeding and burping throughout if not already I usually do it every 50-60ml now. Feel free to message me as my little one has always struggled with it but we’ve had to try a million and one things x
With the colief did you put drops in the milk and wait half an hour before giving it to baby? I didn’t follow the instructions properly and the minute I left it half an hour before feeding it changed his little life! He was so so fussy and uncomfortable and it made the world of difference. Also with the gripe water I was giving 4-5 times a day during the peak x
