Pads

How many pads should I pack in my hospital bag for after birth? Unsure if my hospital (UHW heath hospital) provides them or not but want to bring by own anyway.

I brought a pack with me but the hospital also provided them in my room x

I personally used the pull on pants they were an absolute life saver just pull on and wear no messing around especially if you have to have stitches I used the always discreet best decision I made the hospital pads are awful 😣 https://amzn.eu/d/78cuvce

I took adult nappies, i think they provide them but i’m not 100%. Highly recommend the adult nappies though😂

They provide them but the ones they provide are pretty basic, and not very sticky. However, if you have a heavy flow or wee lots after birth they’ll be a lifesaver. If you get your own, just make doubly sure they’re unperfumed! All luck ❤️

I used the pull up pants lots easier then removing the pads and replacing them
