I was in the same boat a couple weeks ago 🥲 It was horrible and some days I would have to go to the hospital because of how dehydrated I was. I found chewing on ice to be helpful and when I was able to keep fluids down I would drink powerade or gatorade. Plain yogurt was also great! I couldn’t always keep it down but I found it to be one of the things I didn’t throw up as often.
Best see your obgyn and if you can’t keep liquids down please go to your delivery hospital many times they will/can keep you overnight to get you rehydrated and give you better nausea meds
I went to the doctor and got prescribed vitamin b6 and was able to take it up to I think 5 times a day helped me a bunch

Have you tried getting some liquid IV, making it and sipping on it? That’s what I’ve had to do. Especially with the throwing up. Helps to build your electrolytes again.
