It really depends what country or even state or area you’re in, for eg my city has many hospitals and the quality of their food varies ALOT 🥰 The hospital I gave birth at had amazing food but others in my city have said the opposite
@Pia same here , but i still like my fiance being me food I wanted the day I went in to labor n delivery I'm happy he remembered ☺️ and snuck out while me n our son was sleeping to get it 💕

I had hospital food and couldn’t complain. They had a big menu and the amount of food was more than enough. I delivered in NJ
I had my baby in Leicester and the food was absolutely horrific 😂
The cafe food. So not what patients got- what you can buy down at the cafe. And I loved the broths and soups MIL brought in for me, bone broth is an amazing healing food for PP so I had broth for weeks after since she fed me 😂 the actual patient food is made to be bland AF- low sugar low salt low taste and just bleh. Reminds me of prison food, what I see on tv anyway not like I’ve tasted it lol.
The food brought to me by the hospital was meh, not much taste but edible. My husband always brought me a pizza after.
Hospital food where I was was microwave meals and they weren't great. I survived on snacks that I'd packed in my bag and stuff my husband bought in

Our hospital food slapped but I was craving jimmy johns my whole pregnancy so it was beyond satisfying to finally get it lol
