Baby turning over during sleep and getting caught in crib railings

First time (anxious) mom here! My baby is almost 4 months old and she started turning over to her belly during sleep and has even got her feet stuck in between the crib railings (she does wear a sleep sack). I waited and observed her in the monitor to see what she would do and just waited for her to cry/get fussy before turning her around. She doesn’t crawl and can’t seem to get herself out as of yet. Just worried in case she does this when I’m asleep. Her crib is in the same room as us though. Any tips?

If she's bothered you will hear her. My boy used to get stuck, sometimes he would get out, sometimes he would cry and we would move him.

Yes mesh bumpers haters gonna hate but we’ve had them since she was young they’ve got air holes in them

This is completely normal, they are just learning the space that they have. Adding anything to the cot is extremely dangerous. Just leave her be
