Really stuck

My LG will be 6 months next week. We’ve started purées and weatabix mashed with milk but she’s dairy free and other than this I don’t know how to go about giving her anything else. Can people please give some ideas on what to do my brain is not helping me out 🤦‍♀️😭

You can do anything you have that doesn't have dairy in - e.g. Bolognese, curry, mash etc. Just make sure you don't add salt. I was blending a lot of our meals at the beginning

Started off with veg and fruit then whatever I was eating. We’re milk/soya/egg free and all can be altered to suit dietary needs. • Weetabix and banana • Crumpets • Fruit Pancakes • Shredded wheat and coconut yoghurt • Rusks and fruit puree • Oat bars • FF Yoghurt • Hummus and veg sticks • Lentil/chickpea crisps • Eggs • Toast strips with Avocado/peanut butter/Nut butter/FF pesto/cream cheese • Banana/Apple slices and peanut butter • Fruit kebabs • Falafels • Pitta pizzas • Fruity baked oats • Mini muffins • Oatcake with marmite • Crackers and toppings • Sardines • Potato wedges • Tuna and sweet potato tots • Veggie fingers • Olives/Pickles • Cereal • Pitta and lentil/chickpea spread • Pasta bolognese • Curry and rice • Chilli con carne • Roast dinner • Fish and potato • Cottage pie • Pork and broccoli burgers So many recipes online also! Good luck 😊

@Laurel is the app worth paying for? My LG already has 2 teeth with a third coming 🤦‍♀️

@Elizabeth personally i enjoyed the payed for version because I could keep track of what she’d tried for allergy purposes but the non payed for version is great too

My girl is also CMPA and we do everything, I just swap out any dairy ingredients for suitable alternatives!
