I’m going to have a post natal doula, which I know isn’t as much of a cost/is probably not as important that you gel with them the same as a birth doula. You could ask in local groups for word of mouth recommendations or check any reviews on google etc. most doulas offer a free ‘get to know you’ session to see if you will align

Most Doulas will offer a free discovery call/meet up where you can get to know them a little better and see if you are a good fit, ask the questions that matter to you (what was your training like? What are your values? Etc. Etc.) Lots will also have Instagram or other social media where you can suss them out a bit more 🥰
