I feel like I’m constantly washing bottles. I hate leaving the house for too long! I get up in the morning with 4 dirty bottles and you’re right it’s exhausting but it doesn’t last forever
Get yourself a couple of flasks that will hold the temprature 😊 I started giving bottle with my pumped milk a few weeks ago and it's been a nightmare with cleaning and sanitising bottles, containers and pump. I have some frozen milk and Im now moving onto pumping just once a day in the evening when baby is asleep and I started giving formula too. It was too hard, especially that baby has such a big appetite! Over 1L of milk during the day and she still takes the boob at night and in the morning.

If you give boob can you give them boob while you're out? Far easier than faffing with bottles and formula! Or buy the ready to drink bottles of formula for when you're out?
Try bottles / cartons of instant milk when you are you. You can just open them and pour into a sterilized bottle. It saved me at the start when we first started going out
Nuby rapid cool for out and about is brilliant!
When I’m out and about I use a bottle, formula tabs and a flask of boiling water. I can make 2 bottles from that and still have spare water to wash it out. I make them up and let them cool in my pocket or pram 20 mins before I need them. Takes 30 secs. I breastfeed too but I prefer not to do it in public but it’s last resort. Honestly, just get out there and throw yourself in the deep end. It’s confidence that makes all the difference to be out all day with baby and feeding xx
I have OCD so I feel you. It’s exhausting but it is what it is
