Braxton hicks

Does this mean I’m having braxton hicks? I just saw a video on TikTok and I’m confused as I thought it was just her sitting in a really weird position. I had the same with my son but later on in the pregnancy whereas I am currently 30 weeks pregnant now and my belly has been like this on and off everyday for the past 2-3 weeks. I have no idea what they feel like and because I had an elective c section with my son, I have no idea what contractions feel like either.
