Secret scans
Has anyone been to a scan in secret because of their anxiety? I only had one a week ago and have another booked in 3 weeks time, but I don’t know if I can manage the wait but I know my partner will be a bit annoyed at me for spending more money

Not secret scans, but I’m almost 12 weeks and my 12 week scan is at 13 weeks… I had scans at 6w, 8w, 9+5 and 11 weeks… I think now I feel reassured enough and can wait 2 weeks 😬 It feels so great to be able to see the baby growing and if you can afford private scans why not! It’s the only way you have of knowing baby is growing

So I’m 8 weeks have had a 6 week scan and a 8 week scan. The first scan was super useful and the second scan was done in 5 minutes and felt a very expensive way for me to conclude I was worrying over nothing. I now don’t feel the need for any more scans until I get to the booking appointment. Would I recommend? Yes if you were very concerned about something, otherwise no.
