Is this a weird idea?

I can’t tell if I’m just being awkward lol Okay so I was invited to an employee sale for one of my favorite luxury brands. Got lots of cute and unique pieces but I think I would like to sell some of them off for the cost I bought them for (super discounted) or maybe even give some as gifts to a couple close friends. I have a neighbor who enjoys luxury items and I was thinking she might appreciate an invitation to come peruse the haul before I post it. But is that weird? We’ve gone to yoga a few times and a neighbors party. We get along great and laugh a lot. She’s a bit older than me and has a daughter in college. That’s why I thought she might like something like this. What do you ladies think?
