Help back pains an no sleep
My son just turned two for the whole two years. He has been waking up every single night. He wakes up after one and a half hours sometimes 3 . not even for full feed at night time it’s just to have a little bit of a nibble.. He will legit make a little sound and go straight to my boob. And his still using white noise to help him sleep I’m exhausted is this normal

I always put some lullaby whilst helping him fall asleep, but in half an hour the music stops and sometimes he wakes up, sometimes not. But not having white noise through the entire night.
I feel like I get four hours tops too He wakes every hour or two depending and he's ready to get up four am some mornings, he struggles to get milk from me often do I think this is one of the causes for us

I'm in similar boat with my two year old, we are going to start transitioning to his own bed this week and I'll no doubt be in there with him alot, I'm very tired and in pain too
