Lightning pain

Hey so I’m 33+6 and when I’ve woke up this morning I’ve been sick quite a lot and have a really bad headache, I’ve also had diarrhoea ( sorry if tmi😅) and now I’m getting really bad lightning pain, when I’ve looked online it says lightning pain should only happen a few times but I keep getting the pain and have had it about 10-15 times in the past 20ish mins… is this normal or could it be early labour or am I just overthinking?
