Same, my girl has no interest at the moment. I'm going to start reading her more books and get the Ms Rachel Bean bear doll. Will probably start being more serious about it at 20 months.
Well my daughter is a premie but she definitely isn’t ready for potty training, our pediatrician said he’ll talk to us more about it at her 2 year old check up.
Ours became interested from reading books and seeing us use it. And we got a little potty that looks like a real toilet.
I just started potty training and I'm due in August! So same reasons lol! Sounds weird lol! But letting your toddler watch you go to the bathroom and announce "Im gonna go potty!" Then let them follow. Eventually my kid just wanted to go potty too! I keep a little potty in whatever room we're in and now she just says POTTY!! 😂
Our babies are still really young so she might just not be ready! My daughter has an older sibling so I think that's increasing her interest in pottying. I'm planning to potty train in early April I think. I'm prepping her by talking about it, reading books, and watching shows about using the potty. We did the naked method with my oldest and stayed home for 3 days to solidify it. It was cold turkey "bye bye diapers" (except for sleep) and she did great. She was 21 months. My sep 23 baby will be 19 months early April so I am a little worried that could be too early, but my mom said since she watches her sister she might catch on. We followed Big Little Feelings potty learning plan and they recommend 20-30 months old
