Prenatal fitness classes

Boco in Surbiton are brilliant.

I did a pregnancy yoga class at Kingston hospital yesterday. Taught by one of the midwives who is a yoga teacher. It was quite good as she was comparing labour moves to some of the moves we were doing as part of the class.
