Are you wanting them for digestion/bowel movement, blood sugar levels, or cholesterol? Depending on what function you’re hoping they do for you I have some good recommendations!

@Keena's ug I feel that. I actually got an impacted bowel with my first pregnancy. If you’re feeling a lot discomfort and you’re well hydrated, then magnesium hydroxide chews are 100% safe and work wonders! I also find that magnesium citrate drinks daily help to lower discomfort with long term maintenance. Keeps my body functioning haha
Mix chia seeds into as many foods as possible. Even water! They have tons of fiber.
